Pricing questions
Is the hardware included in the monthly price?
The subscription covers streaming, storage, AI features and support. Cameras and weather stations can be purchased outright or leased as an add-on — we’ll recommend the best option for your site during onboarding.
Can I stream feeds on my own website?
Yes. Pro and Enterprise plans include embeddable streams and API access so you can display live feeds and weather data anywhere.
What happens when connectivity drops?
Edge devices keep recording locally and automatically sync buffered footage to the cloud once the link is restored, so you never lose coverage.
Do you install in remote, off-grid locations?
That’s our specialty. Enterprise deployments include site surveys, solar power, hardened enclosures and on-site installation across high-altitude and off-grid terrain.
